The actor has allegedly begun the process of getting his affairs in order. Legal documents indicate that he has put his real estate into a living trust. These documents are only filed by people who know that they are terminally ill.
If Patrick Swayze is in fact, terminally ill, I think people should give him a break about smoking. You may have read the celebrity gossip blogs in which people criticized Swayze for continuing to smoke although he has cancer. If he is losing the battle, I don’t think it makes much difference whether he smokes or not. In my opinion Patrick Swayze might as well indulge in the vices he enjoys most while he still can.
