celebrity gossip, latest celebrity news and gossip Kate Hudson made the latest celebrity news and gossip today after a 911 call was placed from her NYC house after two young guys were spotted on her roof with guns. Cops soon rushed the scene, found the men who are thought to be students from NYU and arrested them. They apparently were apprehended while one was holding a camera and the other was holding an unloaded rifle. They said they were filming a movie. I believe them. Other celebrity gossip may try to spin this into some kind of assassination story but I don’t think so. It is not clear who made the 911 call or if Kate Hudson was even home.

I too have run into a similar instance like this while filming a video for a high school film class. My group and I were filming a scene in a park with Airsoft guns that look real. Someone saw us, called the cops and we were soon surrounded by cruisers and guns drawn policemen. They let us off with a warning and told us to leave. Hopefully that is what happens to these students. Don’t believe all of the celebrity gossip you hear surrounding this news.
